From a small workshop in Longgang, 2011 — to a certified metal-label and 3D embossing partner shipping to 60+ countries. This is the Weiyu story, told in aluminium and iron.
Wenzhou Weiyu was founded in 2011 in Longgang, "China's Print & Packaging Capital", by a team who believed a metal label deserved the same craft respect as the product it badges.
Longgang is not a random address. It is the geographic heart of China's roll-label industry — where paper, ink, plates and adhesive suppliers cluster within a 30-minute drive, and where the deepest bench of pressmen in the country trained their eyes over decades. Building Weiyu here meant every raw material could be picked up the same day, and every colour issue could be corrected before lunch.
Our founding brief was simple: solve the two things every export buyer complains about — colour drift roll to roll, and lead times that stretch a "20-day" order into 45. Fifteen years later, we still measure ourselves against those two numbers. ΔE tolerance ≤ 2.0. Door-to-door lead time ≤ 30 days.
Today the plant runs three Sheng An SA260/8+1C rotary presses across eight production lines. We stay deliberately mid-sized — big enough to hold Fortune-500 tolerance, small enough to run a 100-piece test order the same week you approve the proof.
What we quote is what you get. No sneaky substrate swaps, no last-minute MOQ hikes. If a run has an issue, we tell you before the container leaves the port.
Two shifts, six days a week. A 100-piece trial order gets the same operator attention as a million-piece production run — because your reorder is our next order.
New substrates, new adhesives, new finishes. From eco kraft to no-label-look PVC — if it exists in the label market, our R&D team has already tested it.
Send us your artwork, or your competitor's label you'd like to beat. We'll come back within an hour.
